Pranks Played with friends are never forgotten in Life
This was a prank played by me with one of my best friend.
During engineering, my friend had been placed in a company, say Comp-1. But since she had not got the joining dates yet, she decided to work for some other company until she gets her joining date, say Comp-2. This was only a temporary job for her, as she was waiting to get her DOJ at Comp-1. Finally, after a few weeks of working there at Comp-2, she got the joining date for Comp-1. She left Comp-2, without letting any of her colleagues that she is leaving her job. Now, she happily joined Comp-1 and was very happy. But the thing was that, her new office was just next to the older one. I found that this reason was good enough to scare her. After a few weeks, I played this prank on her :
One fine afternoon (Not fine for her), I called her up from my office telephone and told her that I was her manager Mr. Dinesh, calling from her old company, Comp-2. As soon as I told this, she had totally got scared (as she is very sensitive). I told her that I’d seen her roaming about near their office, without attending office. I also told her that she needs to pay some amount as a fine (compensation) to the company, as she’d left the company without any notification. She was really frightened when I told this. She started arguing (not exactly arguing) that she’d resigned the company long back and started asking me why she needed to pay the compensation. I also started arguing that she MUST have to pay the fine and also told her I’d sent a mail regarding this. She had got so much frightened by this time that, she immediately disconnected the call. She’d started crying by this time. She informed her friends about getting this call and left her office early that day, with lot of pain in herself. She never ever thought that somebody would have played such a prank. She cried and cried the whole day. Everyone, starting from her friends to family members, were only consoling her the whole evening and night.
Finally, that night, I told her that it was me who played this entire prank. Tears rolled down her eyes again, I felt. She scolded me like anything. But, at the same time, she had calmed down. I could feel the relief that she’d got by this time. Anyways, I asked sorry several times. I also scolded her that why she’d to fear so much for such incidents. I enjoyed playing this prank and also making her cry. She had a sigh of relief by this time. By this incident, she will never ever forget me in her life… And if she ever tries to forget, I’m always there to remind her of this incident.
