Women !!
My friend and I were walking towards a busy main road junction. At the corner of that junction, there is a bus stop. One bus had stopped there. We were on the other side of the road and the door of the bus not viewable to us. I guess the bus had stopped for quite a few minutes, cos there were more than a few vehicles honking behind the bus with traffic being piled up slowly. On seeing through the window of the bus, it didn’t seem like anyone getting into the bus, but still it had stopped there with the driver constantly raising the accelerator of the bus. We crossed the road and walked towards the bus stop, passing through the standing bus. I walked a few steps towards the stop but my friend had stopped behind, near the front door of the bus. I turned behind to see why she stopped and saw that an old man – in his 70’s, was getting down from the bus. He seemed to be so weak that he had a stick in his hand and was struggling near the footboard to get down from the bus. Now I came to know why my friend had stopped there :-)
She held the hand of that old person and helped him to get down from the bus, made him to reach the footpath safely and came to me. It was so kind of her to help that old person.

Now, you may be wondering whats so special in this incident. :-)
There were a few men near the door of the bus from where the old person was getting down. Though they had seen the traffic piling behind the bus, with honking sounds being heard, none were bothered to help the old person to get out of the bus. They were just watching there, doing nothing. But my friend helped that person to get out of the bus by holding her hands with his. She was more caring than the men standing there simply watching.
I don’t say all men are like that. Even some men are more caring than a woman. At the same time, not all women are caring. There are a few who never care about others and are always selfish. But nevertheless, more women are caring compared to men. This incident gave me a nice feeling :-)

This is for a woman – who is a mother, sister, relative or a friend :
Kind is her Nature,
Soft is her Heart . . .

Loving is her Culture,
SHE cares for us a Lot . . .

Pleasant are her memories,
Deep are her thoughts . . .

Compromising is her Habit,
Making others happy is her Life . . .

To have such women with Me,
I am Lucky in my Life . . .

Life - Is it all about compromises ???

Life, Love and Compromises!!

Someone said : “Love is Compromise”.

In my opinion, love itself can’t be compromise. Compromise comes into picture when you start loving a person. Compromise comes into picture when you are loved and cared by many people.
Here, love need not be only between a boy and a girl. It can be a love with your parents, or your close friend, or a very special person of yours.

If there is nobody to love you, you will feel that your life is very difficult. But, if there are many people who love you, believe me – your life will be more difficult.

You may think – how can be life more difficult if there are many people to love you? Shouldn’t it be more wonderful ??
The answer is “NO”.

Its simple.
The more number of people loving you, the more difficult is your life. A person who really loves you doesn’t harm you in anyway. (if at all they harm you intentionally, they don’t love you and never loved you)
So, whatever that person tells you or expects from you will not do any bad to you. The main problem lies here – A person tells you to do something which they feel its for your better sake, and another person who loves you – tells you something else, which they also feel its for your better sake. Doing what the first person says may directly or indirectly affect what the second person says, and viceversa.

Say, for example, person A and person B loves you. Again, A and B can be anyone – including your parents, friends or someone special. Say you would’ve had a small fight with person C.
Person A asks you to stop speaking to C and never to compromise anymore as C is not a good person. But, person B may tell you to avoid any further fights and to compromise with person C, without breaking the relationship. One person tells your ego is important and the other says its not. Listening to person A will hurt person B, and listening to person B will hurt person A. Both of them love you and you don’t want to hurt either of them. In such a situation, what can you do and what will you do?? You will hurt yourself instead.

The situation gets worse if there are many such persons who love and care for you. These situations may happen anywhere – in your relationships, with your friends, with your family or with that special person of yours. One person’s decision affects other person’s life.
In such cases, sometimes the person who doesn’t have anyone to love them is luckier. They just listen to themselves and don’t have a chance either to hurt others or to hurt themselves.
A person is never lucky or unlucky. Situations and people make them lucky or unlucky.

So, the question. Compromise or not to compromise ???

I sometimes feel – “Life is all about compromises !!”
But, if this was life, why were we born for? For not achieving or getting what we want ?? What’s the purpose of living your life when you are not happy??
So, I feel – “Life is NOT all about compromises !!”

Indeed Confusing !!!

Sanju mattu geeta, serabaaradu anta........

Sanju Weds Geeta…

This was one of the most awaited movies of this year. Ramya, after a long gap, has done a great performance in this movie as the character Geeta. Sanju is the name of the Hero. Though the story has a tragedy climax, there are a few scenes in the movie, which makes the audience feel good about. Also are the songs “Gaganave baagi……” and “Sanju mattu geeta, serabeku anta……”, which makes the audience to sing the lyrics when the movie is going on. :-)

I liked the following 3 scenes of the movie, which every person who has watched the movie, also may feel that he/she liked it. And of course, the gorgeous queen’s brilliant way of performing in them :

Scene-1
1)    There is one scene in the movie where the character Geeta and her friend are walking in the rain in a market. One guy keeps following them and the gorgeous Geeta gets angry that someone is following her. Even though her friend tells Geeta to ignore him, she starts a fight with that person asking why he is following her and the consequences he may face if he continues to do so. That guy, after listening to all her words, tells in a soft voice: “Neev tapp tiLkonDidira. Naan follow maaDta irodu nimman alla… nim geLathi na…!!!”  :-o  :-o   [You are mistaken. I’m following your friend, not you”].

Scene-2
2)   The second scene is a small conversation between Sanju and Geeta at a marriage party in their town. Geeta is doing some steps(dance) with the other relatives. This Sanju slowly comes to her and joins her. There are few scenes in this movie, where Geeta, by mistake loses her things on the ground. Our Sanju picks them and gives back to her(like returning a coin and a cap of hers).  Here, in the marriage party, her dupatta fells down while they are dancing. Sanju picks up as usual and gives it to her.

Geeta : naan ene kaLkonDru huDuk koDode nim kelsa na ??
(Your job is to search and give me whatever I lose huh ??)
Sanju : nim jeevandalli ene kaLkonDidru adanna huDuk koDtini.
(I will search and give you whatever you have lost in your life)

The way they both smile after this scene (especially our Geeta) is really really nice to watch. :-) That happiness has to be only felt. :-)

Scene-3
3)   This scene was one of them which I liked the most. Here, our Sanju proposes to Geeta in quite a different way. In this movie, most of the scenes are shot in rain. So, obviously Sanju proposes her in this rain :-)

Geeta’s two-wheeler breaks down in rain. Unfortunately, her umbrella is missing from the dikki of her vehicle(which our Sanju himself had stolen off purposely). She starts running towards some shade to avoid the rain. Sanju appears before Geeta and lends her his umbrella and goes off from that place. Geeta thanks him and leaves too.
Geeta, unfolding that umbrella, keeps walking towards the road but still feels the rain drops on her. She looks up and surprised to see something. What was it ??? Sanju had carved the letters : “I Love U” on the umbrella. :-)
What a scene to watch !!!!  Such a lovely feel in this scene :-) :-)
Geeta replies to him by carving a “2” next to “I Love U”.  :-) wow :-)

The choreography in the songs “Gaganave baagi…” and the title track “Sanju mattu geeta…” sung by Sonu Nigam and Shreya Goshal are brilliant. Those who love to see these scenes, must watch this movie. And those who don’t like to watch tragedy, please do watch, but don’t watch the last 5 minutes of the movie. Ramya has given her one of the best performance in each and every scene in this movie. I, also got a chance to meet her on the 1st day 1st show of the screening of this movie :-) :-)

Ramya autograph :)
